📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the operations in the assigned area, including sales, customer service, and logistics.,Managing a team of sales representatives and support staff, providing guidance and training as needed.,Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and developing action plans.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.,Providing regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant information to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.,Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.,Knowledge of the retail or e-commerce industry is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
