📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the creative vision and strategy for Luce Maintenance Group’s digital and print materials.
Oversee the development of brand guidelines, including visual identities, tone of voice, and style guides.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to create cohesive and engaging user experiences.
Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Develop and execute creative campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Luce’s creative output remains cutting-edge.
Present creative concepts to stakeholders and clients, articulating the strategic value and potential impact.
Ensure all creative work aligns with Luce’s brand values, mission, and business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in a leadership role within the creative industry, with a proven track record of managing creative teams.
Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and impactful creative work across digital and print platforms.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic creative campaigns that drive business growth.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated creative solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
Understanding of digital marketing principles and trends, with experience in developing creative content for digital channels.
