🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial collections or a related role.
• Proficient in using SAP and Oracle for financial management and reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in financial management or collections would be a plus.
