As a Fulfillment Strategy Analyst at Global Logistics Solutions, you will be at the heart of our operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize order fulfillment processes, reducing lead times and improving accuracy.
• Analyze supply chain data using tools like Tableau and Power BI to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to implement process enhancements and best practices.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Conduct root cause analysis for operational bottlenecks and propose solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
• Train and mentor team members on new processes and tools.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).
• Certification in Supply Chain or Logistics Management is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
