In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, and providing technical support to our staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the clinic's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to staff, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems.,Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.,Ensure data security and implement backup and recovery procedures.,Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT systems meet their needs.,Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.,Train and mentor junior staff members in IT skills and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role in a healthcare or corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and networking technologies.,Experience with IT security best practices and data protection measures.,Familiarity with virtualization and cloud computing technologies.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Professional certification in IT (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) is a plus.
