📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities to ensure optimal facility performance.
• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies and plans.
• Manage a team of maintenance technicians and ensure they are trained and equipped to handle all maintenance tasks.
• Utilize SAP PM and Maximo to streamline maintenance processes and improve efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify and address issues before they become major problems.
• Collaborate with facility staff, contractors, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor maintenance budgets and ensure they are allocated and spent effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading maintenance teams and improving operational efficiency.
• Certification in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PM and Maximo.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
