📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Create and manage social media content, including posts, graphics, and videos, using tools like Hootsuite and Canva.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers to ensure the successful delivery of marketing projects.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing communication, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
