📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all aspects of mining operations, including exploration, extraction, processing, and environmental management.
• Lead and mentor a team of geologists, engineers, and environmental scientists.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the efficient and sustainable operation of mining projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor and report on project performance and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mining ventures, with a proven track record of success.
• In-depth knowledge of mining regulations and industry standards.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using mining software such as Surpac, Vulcan, and MineSight.
• Certification in environmental management and sustainability practices.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
