📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR and administration departments.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.,Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts in a professional and timely manner.,Oversee the payroll and benefits administration processes.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of employee records and documents.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administration roles in a shipping or logistics company.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR management systems and office software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
