📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.,Develop and implement team training programs to improve patient outcomes and staff performance.,Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and hospital operations.,Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet the needs of the team and patients.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of hospital policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related healthcare field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with healthcare software and technology.,Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve organizational goals.
