📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and design training programs and materials to meet organizational goals.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Provide feedback and coaching to employees to enhance their performance.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure training programs align with company objectives.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and selection process by evaluating candidates' training needs.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to travel for training purposes as required.
