📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and plans.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
