📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of data center infrastructure, including servers, networks, power systems, and cooling systems
• Ensure the high availability and reliability of our data center operations, with a focus on minimizing downtime and maximizing uptime
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of data center infrastructure to identify and address potential issues
• Develop and implement strategies for improving data center efficiency, performance, and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our data center meets the needs of our clients and supports our business objectives
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and technologies, and incorporate them into our data center operations
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices for data center operations and security

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data center operations, infrastructure management, or a related field
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE in networking, or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including servers, networks, power systems, and cooling systems
• Experience with data center management software such as VMware vSphere, Cisco UCS Manager, or Dell EMC OpenManage
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, or Citrix XenServer
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
