Makmur Gita Store is looking for a dedicated Finance Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting the finance team in various administrative tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records and ledgers accurately.,Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.,Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.,Handle bank reconciliations and ensure accurate bank statements.,Support the finance team in payroll processing and employee benefits administration.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Maintain and organize financial documents and records.,Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent organizational and time-management skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
