📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for various marketing materials, including social media posts, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Develop and maintain the company's brand identity, including logos, color schemes, and typography.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all design projects meet the client's requirements and deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to incorporate into our projects.
• Present design concepts to the team and clients, and provide constructive feedback.
• Manage and organize design files and assets to ensure easy access and collaboration.
• Assist in the creation of design guidelines and style guides for the company.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new design concepts and strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and image manipulation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their design requirements.
