Bidang Krisna Auto Service is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure accurate payroll processing.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.,Organize and facilitate training programs for employees.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.,Manage employee benefits and wellness programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration.,Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
