📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions and specifications.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention strategies.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

🛠️ Keahlian

Recruitment software proficiency (e.g.Applicant Tracking SystemsATS).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
