Camp Shine Ekspansindo is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a keen eye for detail. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work from our office in Tanjung Balai and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing,Provide financial advice and support to the management team,Monitor and control company expenses to ensure profitability,Conduct regular financial audits and reviews,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Indonesian
