📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the store, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently, including order processing, billing, and reporting.,Oversee the training and development of store staff, ensuring that they are knowledgeable and skilled in their roles.,Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all products are displayed and merchandised effectively.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, resolving them in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with the corporate office to ensure that store operations align with company policies and procedures.,Perform other duties as assigned by management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail management or administrative role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with retail management software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
