📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks to customers.,Maintain and operate espresso machines and other coffee equipment.,Source and select high-quality coffee beans and other ingredients.,Train and mentor junior baristas and staff.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee station.,Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques.,Assist in the development and implementation of coffee menus.,Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of espresso-based drinks and coffee brewing methods.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.,Familiarity with coffee equipment and maintenance.,Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative.,Passionate about coffee and committed to continuous learning.
