📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with a warm welcome.,Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.,Provide information about the hotel's amenities, facilities, and local attractions.,Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel's public areas.,Maintain a high level of professionalism and hospitality at all times.,Handle guest complaints and concerns in a polite and efficient manner.,Assist with any special requests or needs that guests may have.,Promote the hotel's services and products to guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.,Valid work permit and visa for Bali, Indonesia.,Previous experience working in a hotel, resort, or similar establishment.
