PULSE Group is looking for a talented and passionate Commis Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our culinary excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment.,Stock and manage inventory of food and kitchen supplies.,Prepare ingredients and garnishes for dishes.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to kitchen operations planning.,Assist in special events and catering services as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Strong attention to detail and quality control.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Valid food handling and safety certification.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
