📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress to management.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
