📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training and support to ensure they deliver exceptional customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a safe and clean working environment.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure the restaurant has the necessary supplies and ingredients.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional customer service.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and other relevant software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Science, or a related field is preferred.
