Sejati Group is seeking a dedicated Sales Administration & Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about customer service and has a keen interest in sales administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing sales transactions, and providing excellent customer support. This is an on-site position located in Pancoran, Jakarta Selatan, DKI Jakarta.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration or customer support.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of sales processes and procedures.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the department.
