📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards.,Ensure food quality and safety by following hygiene and safety protocols.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment.,Prepare and stock ingredients and supplies as needed.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Contribute to menu planning and development.,Assist in special events and promotions as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.,Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is a plus.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
