Handling cashier duties including receiving payments, issuing receipts, and managing cash transactions.,Managing patient records and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.,Assisting patients with their inquiries and providing information about clinic services.,Ensuring a clean and organized clinic environment.,Collaborating with the dental team to ensure smooth clinic operations.,Maintaining confidentiality and respecting patient privacy.,Providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors.,Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or cashier role.,Familiarity with dental clinic operations is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using basic office software and tools.,Friendly and patient-oriented attitude.
