📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  • Evaluate training needs and design customized training solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees during and after training.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate training into overall business objectives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using training management software.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English languages.
