The Keranjang is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Cashier Staff to join our team in Kuta, Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently to process customer transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with purchases, and resolving any issues promptly.
• Ensure accurate recording of sales and maintaining a clean and organized cash register.
• Handle cash and card payments securely and efficiently.
• Follow company policies and procedures related to retail operations and customer service.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, such as stocking shelves and reporting low inventory.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in retail and POS operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in cashier or retail roles, preferably in a POS environment.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations and POS systems, such as Shopify, Square, or similar.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily sales targets.
• Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
• Valid ID and the ability to work in Bali are required.
• Must be available to work full-time, including weekends and holidays.
